Upon placing an order with us here at Createabar.co.uk, you are confirming your awareness and acceptance of all of the following terms and conditions.
Our Product Guarantee
Unless stated otherwise, all products offered come with a 90 day guarantee, commencing on the date of despatch. The guarantee protects against faults arising due to poor worksmanship. Your entitlement to claim under the terms of the guarantee become void if the product has failed as a result of misuse or neglect.
Please note, disposible items, once used, are not covered by any guarantee.
Items which rely on batteries to perform are also excluded from our standard guarantee. Such items come with a 28 day guarantee, from the date of despatch.
We may, at our sole discretion, choose to honour refunds, exchanges, or replacements beyond the 90 day guarantee period. Such an agreement is an offer of goodwill, and does not indicate any future obligation to offer the same level of goodwill.
Returns
We will happily refund any purchase made that does not meet your requirements, within 14 days from the date the order was despatched. To qualify for a refund, you must file a refund request within these 14 days. All returned items must be unused and in the original, unopened packaging as supplied.
If you receive an item that you believe to be physically damaged or faulty, let us know within 3 days of receipt and we will take the necessary actions to rectify the issue. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
To return an item, please contact returns@createabar.co.uk stating the items you wish to return, and the reasons why. We will then get back to you with a return authorisation.
Returned orders arising from failed delivery attempts may be subject to an additional shipping charge, where re-sending is requested.
Where a refund is required for a cancelled order, following a failed delivery attempt, only the value of goods ordered shall be refunded. We are unable to refund shipping fees after your order has been despatched.
Delivery Address
All orders placed require a delivery address from yourself, the purchaser. The address you provide should be a location where you are able to accept the delivery during normal working hours. This may be your home or work address.
Upon confirming your order, you are accepting that our couriers may deliver to any person answering at the address you have provided, and that our obligations to provide the goods ordered have been met at this point. It is your responsibilty, as the purchaser, to ensure that once delivered, the goods shall be forwarded to yourself. If you cannot be certain of this at your preferred delivery address, please provide a different delivery address at which you can.
Sales Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from us here at Createabar.co.uk, you shall receive an order confirmation email, and if applicable, the order will be logged within your account order history. Such notifications do not confirm our acceptance of your order. They indicate our receipt of your offer to purchase all goods detailed, at the prices quoted.
An order is only accepted once it has been despatched. Notification shall be issued, to the supplied email address of the purchaser, once an order has been accepted and despatched.
Cleared payment does not confirm our acceptance of your order. If we choose to decline your order, all received payments shall be returned as paid.
We reserve the right to refuse any order, without indicated reason.
Please note: For orders of greater value than £350, including postage fees, payment can be processed by bank transfer or cheque only. For such orders we offer a 2% discount. Please contact us for details.
Events beyond our reasonable control
In the event of any delay or failure to comply with any obligations made, we will not be held responsible if the problem arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
VAT
VAT is charged on all products and services offered. VAT Registration No. 924 5599 91.
Customers in the Channel Islands, or other locations outside the scope of VAT, please note that while VAT will be negated from your order, its monetary value will be factored into the product price. The order total will remain unaffected.
Limitation of Liabilities.
i) We shall at no point be liable to the buyer, or any third party, under any circumstances.
ii) We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any goods or services supplied.
iii) We shall not be liable for any damage or injury casued by any faults in the goods supplied.
iv) The buyer shall indemnify us against all claims / demands made upon us for any loss or damage.
